"Cramp bark" may not reduce menstrual cramps, which can indicate endometriosis as a cause. Inquire of your GYN physician about low dose oral BCP's (even if contraception is not an immediate goal). Bcp's stop ovarian activity, and can be taken continuously without a break for several months. Fertility can also be preserved with oral bcp therapy, stopping the effects of endometriosis.
