Those are definitely not classic symptoms of infection of any of the paranasal sinuses. I recommend a thorough examination by an ENT specialist for accurate diagnosis and proper treatment. You may then be referred to a specialist in internal medicine after the assessment if deemed advisable.

Stress and anxiety and night grinding of teeth can cause some of these symptoms. You should a dentist who will make you a night guard to keep you from grinding teeth at night. Antibiotics will clear up sinus infection and a night guard will help control other problems.
