At age "25", migraines do not usually reflect impending stroke, but may be related to symptoms of constriction of blood vessels secondary to stressful stimuli. See a neurologist for guidance and testing, and coordinate with your OB physician.

Migraine associated stroke occurs with auras, smoking, and birth control pills If you smoke stop now. Most migraine meds cannot be used in pregnancy but OTC’s like riboflavin could help. See a neurologist
