May be medications, diabetes, blood pressure ,cholesterol , medical conditions. Consider Nocturnal penile tumescence (NPT) test, Intracavernosal injection test, Doppler ultrasound and assess if status may be impacted by MS or lumbar/pudendal issue. F/u/w/ urology

Libido is the lack of desire for sex as opposed to ED which is-erection. If you have lost the desire you need to see a psychiatrist. If erections then a Urologist for without being examined no diagnosis can be made. good luck
