Are teenagers' brains nowadays less developed than earlier generations because of technology such as phones, games and social media?

It would be tempting to say that contemporary teens have reverted to Prehistoric Man, but it is more likely that their brains are finely developed in areas that were not a focus for prior generations. I would say that many teenagers bodies are less developed due to sedentary activities.

Brains are less developed because of smoking pot, vaping and use of drugs as a teenager. Technology makes on use their brains in a different way, if they fully developed.
