I see online it says no botox if you have ms or als. i had a -test 6 yrs ago but stress it may become + someday. i am looking at getting fillers (juvaderm) in my lips. would this be a safer alternative than botox? since it's not muscle related?

Discus with your Dr who knows you, your medical and your family history. I know of no data related to this for Juvaderm but you can search at pubmed.gov. Enter juvaderm AND MS OR ALS and see. Discuss with your Dr. There are now genetic tests for ALS but discuss.

For Lips augmentation we dont use Botox but fillers like Juvadrtm.Botox injections are used for Facial wrnkles
