Murmur: Not sure what THR(? Total hip replacement). A heart murmur can be caused by s number of different cardiac conditions. Some murmurs can be related to severe valvular heart disease which can increase operative risk. To clarify your situation you may need an echocardiogram to better define any cardiac structural issues.
