I have shingles what do i use to clean myself in the shower?

Shingles can be treated and I assume you're taking antiviral medication. Avoid hot water so cool water showers are better for the rash. Towel dry and don't reuse without laundering as the virus can be spread. . Calamine lotion can then be applied. Don't cover the rash as exposure is better for healing.
