Blood pressure is a balance between several factors. See your doctor. Avoid smoking, losing excess weight, excessive salt, sugar, fatty animal products. Sleep well speak to your doctor if you don't. Deal with emotional stresses, meditate, laugh. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables. Exercise according to your doctor's recommendations regularly. Normal Blood pressure at rest is 90-120/60-90
