Im 18, ive got a lump on my tonsils with vessels and both tonsils look crypt but the lump on that one tonsil makes it look a bit bigger. i also get tonsil stones. when i took the antibiotics, stones left for a bit and came back. its been 10 months?

You have chronic tonsillitis. The tonsils are enlarged with crypts and stones but they are not always symmetric, one can be big than the other. You do not need any specific treatment, only practice oral hygiene. Antibiotic may be needed if you have acute exacerbation with high fever, severe throat pain with swallowing problem. Tonsillectomy is only indicated if you have complications.
