Light spotting or discharge with blood as period when wiping only, not on pad or underwear. had vaginal exam/iud check on 3/8 and have bled more and redder since then even 4 days after. no pain or bloating. is this worrisome?

Any abnormal vaginal bleeding, spotting, or discharge should be evaluated (and if necessarily re-evaluated) until a cause is found and corrected. Keep working with your doctor, or ask for referral for a second opinion. If at possible risk of STIs, be sure you have been tested for them. Good luck.
