If tubes have been cut, with a segment removed & then tied there is no channel for an egg to go be fertilized. There would also be no channel for the sperm to get through to find one. In the early days of tubals there were rare episodes where they reconnected and pregnancy did occur, but the methods changed to make that unlikely. Yet in medicine we are taught to never say never.

Agree with Dr. Ferguson. Donating eggs does not exhaust all the eggs. If both tubes are blocked successfully then you would not get pregnant. Be careful to prevent STDs.
