I'm always trying to clear my troat as if i had phlegm but there is nothing there and it gets worst after breakfast i have beem taking pantoprazole 40 mg for too long it does 'n help much any more,can you help?

You may have a problem with allergies. Try adding a daily antihistamine. Good Luck

It could be from post nasal drip making you to clear your throat. Allergic rhinitis from seasonal allergies can cause postnasal drip. You can try less sedative antihistamines like cetrizine or loratidine once daily in morning for couple of weeks.
