Early in the HIV history we had episodes where people acquired HIV from tainted blood transfusions, tainted Hemophilia treatments of pooled blood factors, from infected dental tools that were not properly sanitized and more. Later understanding of the disease led to improvements in non-sexual transmission. An uninfected virgin will not transmit any STD, including HIV to anyone.

No. HIV can only be transmitted through sex if one of the parties has HIV infection. What you described is very unlikely to give HIV to either party. Get HPV vaccine.
