You may try biofilm disrupters but I doubt that is the issues when it comes to C. glabrata. You need a medication that is effective against the C. glabrata for long enough may likely work better. If the infection is because you have a foreign body in the area of infection it may be worthwhile to try, the best thing is to talk with your specialist to see what is effective against what was cultured.
