Should albendazole for intestinal parasites such as pinworms etc, be taken with a fatty meal or on an empty stomach? some say empty stomach is better for intestinal parasites & a meal is better for other body tissue infections. i want to do it right?

If you have not travelled to a poor country, it is very unlikely that you have any worms. You would need a prescription for the medication after a test to find out if you have parasites and what kind and the doctor would be able to advise you about the proper procedure to take the medication.
