Lymph nodes with fatty hilum are benign. Do you have enlarged lymph nodes in other parts of the body as well? There are various causes of itching without rash including hematological disorders. In view of this and ?unexplained bruises on legs, I recommend consulting a hematologist for evaluation and appropriate testing.
