I am iron deficient and takiing 3 tablets dailly. i am also very exhausted and feel weak. i am adrenal deficient because both adrenals have been removed so prednisone in my lifeline. is it ok to increase it from 5 mg to 10 mg per day for while?

Consult your prescribing physician about an increase in prednisone. There is a number of causes for "weakness and exhaustion" which may not respond to simple increase in oral iron. A bone marrow assay may be required to establish the diagnosis. Get a referral to a hematologist for guidance.
