Yes. Nausea is a very nonspecific symptom and often associated with bad period cramps. Also, some people are generally more sensitive than others and pain is a common trigger.

Any time your body suffers pain many side effects can occur. Nausea, headache, urge to go to the bathroom and other symptoms are normal. Have faith, they will subside in time.
