When properly applied before any sex a condom is relatively effective in reducing pregnancy risk. Any semen spilled near the outlet must work its way inside to allow sperm to complete their journey. Only the two of you can decide if that could happen. If you think it might, EC within the first 48 hours should stop any risk.
