Would be most concerned that the cause of your vertigo episodes at age 90 yrs. would be transient ischemic attacks in the vertebro-basilar circulation. Important this gets fully evaluated. If this is the culprit, symptomatic relief will not be sufficient. See a neurologist and get this addressed ASAP. Key is Stroke Prevention.
