Yes, pregnancy may be possible. Irregular periods certainly make it harder to be confident of ovulation time. Even with perfectly regular periods, relying on fertile/infertile periods ("rhythm method") or withdrawal before ejaculation very often eventually fail to prevent pregnancy. You're playing with pregnancy fire! Get on proper contraception ASAP. Also use condoms to prevent STIs.
