It is not feasible to address your concern without additional information. If your weight is stable, you need not worry. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. I suspect you are eating well or too much or too often. Most only get hungry when they don't eat enough. Check it out by not eating for say 72 hours and see what happens. But drink water when thirsty.
