This intolerance of the food has apparently caused gas buildup as well as delayed stomach emptying. I recommend applying heat to the abdomen and drinking hot ( not boiling) water. These measures breakdown gas enabling it to be transmitted down through the intestinal tract and passed out the rectum. Don't force yourself to belch as you'll only swallow more air. See an MD if not improved or vomiting
