I would not suggest taking them together but I doubt an occasional glass of wine would create a problem if you do this.

Aspirin intake should be discussed with your doctor who knows more about your health as taking aspirin is not risk free and the risks may outweigh the expected benefit. Alcohol is a poison that never did anybody any good, ever, there is no safe level It will destroy your brain cells, facilitate development of cancer in many organs, including breast, cause hepatitis, cirrhosis and pancreatitis etc.
