You could have been born with this deformity, which is inherited. Bell clapper is rare and can lead to reduced fertility or infertility.

This is unusual. Try wearing a good support underwear. Bell clapper deformity is often over-diagnosed and seldom bilateral. If it still bothers you pl see a Urologist for diagnosis and treatment
