Avoiding constipation by eating fiber rich food, drinking enough water, and stool softeners will help , along with Sitz bath with warm water , gentle wiping with moist wipes after toileting and,witch hazel cream locally . Tronolane , an anesthetic cream can be used short term on the skin.
