Information like how long ago it happened any localized swelling or discoloration was not mentioned You did not say if you can walk on it. Immobilization with a walking boot or crutches would be helpful. Physical therapy would be required on any injured ankle to assess and evaluate whether further consideration is required. Possible surgery.
