Keep it clean: First, keep it clean, wash out any dirt or bacteria with warm water and an antibacterial soap. If bleeding, apply some topical antibiotic cream and a pressure dressing/bandage. Change the dressing every 12-24 hours for the first 2-3 days. If any smell or pus drainage occurs, or if the scrape is deep and may require sutures, you may need to see a dr. Best wishes.
