Prostate exam: The sensation of not being able to evacuate urine is most likely related to an enlarged prostate. The sensitivity of tip of your penis makes the sensation feel like the problem is there. But in all likelihood, you likely have an enlarged prostate making it difficult to keep a steady stream of urine going and causing the sensation of incomplete emptying. Go see you primary care doctor.

Is it normal that flaccid penis is not entirely soft? It has a hard core? Only noticed this right now, don't remember how it has been in past, no symptoms and completely bendable. PS:Hard core is not 100% smooth as silk + 2 veins under skin of penis.
Cordlike vein under the surface of the skin running along the penile shaft. A little hard to the touch, but not particularly painful. More prominent when erect but can be felt when flaccid. Normal urine color and no burning or pain. What is this?
