Prescribed erythromycin for cat scratch fever (body aches, swollen nodes,papule joint pain, sore throat) but tests were negative. tested for stds 3-4 weeks later but was negative. would the prior antibiotics impact the std test result if reinfected?

STD includes a spectrum of diseases. If those tests were negative then you did not have them. Erythromycin is seldom used for STD and I dont it impacted your result. Pl use prophylaxis to avoid future exposure
