The sperm lasts 3-5 minutes outside of vagina and in the air or mouth. The saliva and acid in the mouth kills the sperm. The sperm on the finger has already been inactivated and can't cause pregnancy. While ovulating , only fresh sperm in the vagina can get you pregnant.
