This was a near-zero risk exposure: your partner probably doesn't have HIV, and even if she did, you used a condom and the blood was on the outside. Negative duo test is nearly conclusive at 30 days, but requires 6 weeks for truly conclusive result. Have another test then, but no need for testing at 3 months. In the meantime, you can safely assume you don't have HIV.
