It's been a year since i took the hiv treatment when i discovered the virus, the viral load was 300, and now after a year of receiving the treatment, the viral load is 860. i want advice, please?

There is no one time HIB treatment. So you need to keep on something from now on. They are making progress on new meds but not to curing yet. Get back on treatment for HIV or increase doses or change meds. Check with your HIV clinic overthrere.
