Why are curable vaginal cancers difficult for some women to cure? is it because of a problem with their immune system?

I recommend reading "Cancer The Emperor of All Maladies" for a detailed lay science review of what the problems are with cancer. Basically every cancer has one or more genetic changes that cause cell growth to go haywire and there are likely millions of combos of genes that do this. Even when we know the specific genes we may not have meds that will help. Yet. Good luck in learning more.
