If the blood is.not mixed in with the stool, frequent BM's may lead to bleeding from hemorrhoids or an anal fissure. However if the blood is.mixed in stool, this may be bloody diarrhea from inflammatory bowel disease, or an intestinal tract infection which are serious disorders. For mild bleeding, treat the diarrhea by not eating roughage,drink adequate fluids & take imodium according to direction
