Don't be worried. This is an entirely normal reflex involving muscles in the penis. It has nothing to do with Peyronie's disease.

This symptom is not pyronine's disease which takes a long time to develop and causes deformed penis on erection and does not change shape back to normal. Changes in blood flow or temperature can make the penis look different in shape. You are fine don't worry
