The transit time is a term used to describe the time needed for what you ingest to exit in your poop. It is usually 2-4 days. Any pill you take is dissolved and absorbed in the first 2 hours. I don't think there is any way your pill was lost in that poop. You are free to take another pill if you choose. I would not suggest you do so.

Emergency contraceptive is about 95% effective if taken within 72 hour of the act. Passing stool would not affect the efficacy. If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. You may consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD.
