Your physician will do a thorough exam which may include blood and urine testing to help determine the cause of your amenorrhea. Not sure you would be afraid, but your physician would need to know everything about you to treat you.

Urine pregnancy test will not detect marijuana. There are separate, distinct tests for pregnancy and MJ. Quit using MJ. Marijuana is a psychoactive drug and will mess with your brain. MJ users are called stoners for good reason.
