Suddenly i had pain in my chest that moved to my belly button with really bad pains, then it moved to my pelvic, vagina, and anus area. its severe pain and ive never had this bad of pain before. what could this be?

I think sudden pain of this severity warrants an examination in the emergency room where prompt care & testing are available. With such widely spreading severe pain, dissecting aortic aneurysm or diffuse gastrointestinal spasms would be considerations. In your age bracket abdominal aneurysm would be highly unusual though. Nevertheless I still recommend evaluation in the hospital emergency room.
