2 weeks from the first day of my period i started brown spotting. i spotted for over two weeks and my period never came. i have taken 2 pregnancy test and both are negative. is my cycle just off? d&c nov 15 and first cycle was dec. 15?

As you speculate your cycles may still be disrupted since your D&C. It is also possible that after 2 weeks of bleeding there was nothing additional left that you would recognize as a period. Hopefully you will get back to a normal pattern in another month. Pregnancy seems very unlikely but it can't hurt to do another random test or two.
