Many good options: Once i'm sure symptoms are due to anxiety and not another medical condition, i explore many options: psychotherapy, medications, relaxation, lifestyle, and supplements: gaba, l-theanine, 5-htp, inositol, passion flower, b vitamins, mg, hops, taurine, glycine. Testing for neurotransmitters and adrenal hormones also helps. More info at http://www.Integrativepsychiatry.Net/anxiety_disorders.Html.

Stress release: Step one would be a good physical exam, to make sure all is well. Next, there are many available stress release options, which need to be practiced daily & not just when "stressed." these include meditation, yoga, breathing exercises, etc. Used intermittently, yogi stress relief tea may also help. In addition, personal psychotherapy around your anxiety may be really useful for you.
