Complicated Answer: Learning needs to be considered like training. It first starts off with the right attitude. I try to help my patients by asking them to get the dvd/cd on "how to become a superstar student" by the teaching company that outlines "the method to the madness!" other suggestions include mindfulness training and possible evaluation for adhd or a learning disability. There is more but not enough space.
