While it would be extremely rare to have a pregnancy under these conditions, the faint positive line requires that you take a follow up blood test. Measuring blood hCG can be much more accurate in finding conditions such as ectopic pregnancies or tumors which secrete hCG. Talk to your primary care Dr for follow up testing.
