2021, newly on flonase, ativan, and lamictal. alk phos 82, alt 45, ast 20. in 2018, no meds, same order, they were 58,16, and 13. are these 2021 results concerning in general, if not, is the heightened diff. concerning? meds a factor?

I do not see a diff count. Discuss with your Dr who knows you and why the tests were ordered and how to interpret them in Boston. Also send normal values next time. I am not able to do telepathy yet to see them from your lab. ;-)
