It requires 2-3 specimens few weeks apart to determine if the semen is abnormal. Pl do that. In the meantime have sex during your wife's fertile period. Also withdraw after first spurt of ejaculate as most sperms are concentrated in that portion. Have wife stay recumbant for a while so the ejaculate doesn't trickle out. If 2 other tests are also like this see a Urologist. Good luck
