Why allergies can be fatal?

Fatal allergies: Food and stinging insect allergies can be fatal because they trigger an immune cascade of events in the body that leads to anaphylaxis. This will make someone's throat swell and their blood pressure to drop and if not assisted may be lethal. Seasonal and environmental allergies are not life threatening.
