Cough for last 4 days. almost no cough at daytime but sever cough in night that sometimes i have to vomit. taking amoxil, cpm & freehaler for 2 days it only improved little. history of pulmonary tuberculosis but sputum culture was -tive. time toheal?

This nonproductive cough could be an asthma equivalent ( without the wheezing). In view of history of TB you have to be cautious of using any form of corticosteroids although one study in children with positive TB skin tests showed no problem with the inhaled form. If symptoms persist you'd be best served by consulting a pulmonologist.
