These symptoms are typical for a vaginal yeast infection (candida vulvovaginitis) -- and a fairly severe one at that, with extension to your buttocks. You should be medically evaluated to diagnose and treat the problem and, if yeast is confirmed, to check for medical conditions that predispose to yeast infection, especially diabetes.
