I've spontaneous bleeding through my teeth, i went to the hospital and the doctors said periodontistisis, i did professional cleaning on 10th november 2021 2 weeks after the cleaning the bleeding started again and i've been bleeding , when i sneeze?

A s you have learned 1) Physicians are not trained to treat dental problems, 2) Bleeding gums usually mean gum disease, bacterial infection, 3) Having your teeth cleaned is valueless unless you do your part by properly brushing AND flossing, and 4) it sounds like you require the services of a gum/bone specialist, a Periodontist. Also, a Periodontist can rollout systemic disease caused bleeding.
